Terms of Service

Operator status. Wanory Labs is currently operated by an individual (independent researcher and developer) based in Indonesia, not yet a legal entity. Contact: hello@wanory.com. Site: https://wanory.com. Since no legal entity exists yet, this agreement is between you and that individual operator.
Beta status. Inwit is experimental AI research (open beta, free). It can be wrong, stop, change, or shut down at any time without notice and without an SLA.
1. Acceptance and minimum age
- By using the service, you state that you agree and are legally capable of being bound.
- Minimum age is 13. Under 18 requires parent or guardian supervision.
- If you use the service for an organization, you state that you may represent that organization.
2. Covered services
(a) This company profile site; (b) the Inwit open beta, including demo and experiment interfaces plus model artifacts mounted as an assistant. No accounts, payments, or subscriptions exist on this site today. Login and console links still marked as coming soon do not function yet.
3. Not professional advice. AI output can be wrong
Inwit builds on spiking neural network and embodied cognition research that is still experimental. Every insight, answer, or output is informational only.
- Never use it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other critical decisions.
- Always verify independently before acting.
- Never enter secrets (passwords, API keys, patient data, trade secrets) into prompts.
4. Prohibited uses
- Breaking the law in your jurisdiction.
- Abusing the service: spam, aggressive scraping, overloading servers, bypassing security, or disturbing other users.
- Uploading or spreading malware, illegal content, hate speech, or material that violates the rights of others.
- Impersonating Wanory Labs or Inwit, or presenting AI output as an official human statement without verification.
- Using output to build weapons systems, unlawful mass surveillance, or child exploitation.
We may limit or stop access that violates these terms, without prior notice where needed for security.
5. Your content and limited license
You keep ownership of content you send (prompts, feedback, email). By sending it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content as far as needed to run, secure, and improve the service. The license ends reasonably after the content is deleted, except backup copies and security logs kept under the Privacy Policy.
6. Our intellectual property
The site, the “Wanory Labs” brand, logo, design, and Inwit software (including the substrateengine and inwit-core architectures) are protected by applicable law. No rights transfer except in writing. The “Wanory Labs” trade name is used as the trade name of an individual operator, not a legal entity.
7. Beta: no warranty, no SLA
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
- No express or implied warranty: availability, accuracy, uninterrupted security, or fitness for a purpose.
- The beta can change, gain quotas, or stop at any time.
- Third-party features (hosting, email) follow their own providers terms.
8. Liability limits
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IF ANY, IS LIMITED TO WHAT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR USD 100 (WHICHEVER IS GREATER). THE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY FREE, SO THE PRACTICAL CAP IS MINIMAL.
Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law (including Indonesia consumer protection law, GDPR, or CCPA and CPRA where they apply to you).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the operator against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or unlawful use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms follow the law of Indonesia as the operator domicile, without removing mandatory protections from the law where you live (for example the EEA and UK, California, or Brazil). Disputes are first settled by discussion through hello@wanory.com within 30 days. If that fails, you may use the legal routes available in your jurisdiction. Once an official business entity is formed (Indonesia, Singapore, or the US), these terms will be updated with the new entity identity and, where needed, a contract transfer.
11. Changes and contact
